Here’s a quick pasta recipe:
Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta
Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Return shrimp to the skillet. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti in the skillet with shrimp and sauce.
- Stir in Parmesan and parsley.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
