Here’s a quick pasta recipe:


Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, add butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Return shrimp to the skillet. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Toss the cooked spaghetti in the skillet with shrimp and sauce.
  7. Stir in Parmesan and parsley.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
