Aloo Fry Recipe (Simple and Quick)
Ingredients:

- 4 medium-sized potatoes (peeled and diced)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add the diced potatoes and stir well to coat them in oil.
- Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt over the potatoes. Mix well.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low-medium heat for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the potatoes are soft and golden, sprinkle garam masala and mix.
- Cook for another 2–3 minutes until the spices blend well.
- Turn off the heat, garnish with fresh coriander leaves, and serve hot with rice, chapati, or as a snack.
