Homemade Ice Cream Recipe (No Machine)
Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream (chilled)
- 1 cup condensed milk (sweetened)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (or any flavoring)
- Optional: Chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or fruit for mix-ins

Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with a hand or stand mixer until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, combine condensed milk and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until well combined.
- Add optional mix-ins like nuts, chocolate chips, or fruit. Mix gently.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
- Cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap to prevent ice crystals from forming.
- Freeze for 6-8 hours or until firm.
- Scoop and serve your creamy homemade ice cream!
