Homemade Ice Cream Recipe (No Machine)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy cream (chilled)
  • 1 cup condensed milk (sweetened)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (or any flavoring)
  • Optional: Chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or fruit for mix-ins

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with a hand or stand mixer until stiff peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, combine condensed milk and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until well combined.
  4. Add optional mix-ins like nuts, chocolate chips, or fruit. Mix gently.
  5. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
  6. Cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap to prevent ice crystals from forming.
  7. Freeze for 6-8 hours or until firm.
  8. Scoop and serve your creamy homemade ice cream!
